Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions mentioned below:

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is damaged during shipment:

  • Email us photo and video proof of the damaged item within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, a free replacement will be shipped.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product that is not as per your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.
  • After confirmation, we will send the correct product at no additional cost.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
  • The credit will reflect in your bank/card/wallet account based on:
    1. Your payment method
    2. Standard processing time of your bank or payment gateway
