Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions mentioned below:
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged during shipment:
- Email us photo and video proof of the damaged item within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- After verification, a free replacement will be shipped.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is not as per your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.
- After confirmation, we will send the correct product at no additional cost.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
- The credit will reflect in your bank/card/wallet account based on:
- Your payment method
- Standard processing time of your bank or payment gateway
No Refund / No Exchange Conditions
To maintain authenticity and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- If the product has already been opened, used, or tampered with
- For any sale or discounted items
- If the customer claims dissatisfaction without any defect
- After successful product delivery and acceptance
- No refunds for downloadable digital content (e.g., digital discourses, MP3s, MP4s, etc.)
- No exchange/refund for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placed by customer, or personal preference
